Mr. Dominique Camper is a Diplomatic Protection Officer with 12 years of service to the federal government and 20 years in private corporations. Mr. Camper grew up in a single-family home. He can relate to the struggles that our youth go through. As a child, Mr. Camper's mother placed him in martial arts. The discipline he learned allowed him to excel in many different ways. Mr. Camper feels that positive discipline can help steer our youth in the right direction. He received his Black Belt (4th degree) and began teaching other youth. 

Mr. Camper also worked in an inner-city school on gang relations, and serve as a boy scout leader in Baltimore City. He stated, “The true legacy of a man is how many people he can help in his lifetime.”
